Meet the Team

	Danusha Walden Owner With more than 20 years industry experience under her belt, Danusha realised her dream in opening her very own salon in 2006. Danusha has worked in high level salons in Bournemouth and London and trained at the prestigious Goldwell academy in Mayfair. Along with the team she is committed to continuing her skills and regularly attends training at the Aveda academy in London and Master Jams in Europe.
	Laura Moore Senior Stylist Laura has been with Olimi since 2006 and has completed all her training here. She has trained in cutting and colouring both in house and at the Aveda Institute in Covent Garden, London, as well as a master class with international stylist Erminio. Laura is now progressing her career and under taking an assessors course to pass on her extensive knowledge onto trainee stylists.
	Sophie Daykin Senior Stylist /Beauty Therapist Sophie has been working in the hair and beauty industry for over 6 years. She has received extensive training at the Aveda Institute in both hair and beauty. Sophie does mostly all of the treatments at Olimi, including Bio Sculpture Gel Nails, St Tropez tanning and Eyelash Extensions. Sophie has ongoing training having recently been to Aveda’s International Master Jam show to keep up with the latest techniques and looks.
	Carly Davey Stylist Home grown, Carly brings a creative flair to the salon floor and enjoys following the current trends and creating contemporary hair cuts. Last year Carly achieved her NVQ level 3, advancing her skills in wedding hair and colouring and also attended an advanced cutting course at the AVEDA institute in London’s, Covent Garden, to further enhance her skills.
	Annabella Hodge Creative Director Annabella has been in the hair and beauty industry for over 10 years. She is constantly inspired by colour, texture and shape. Annabella is renowned for her sense of style and highly diverse creative ability.
	Emma-Louise Soloman Art Director Emma-Louise Solomon is new to Olimi this December. Joining us as a fully qualified self employed Art Director. She has been in the industry for over 8 years now and is NVQ level 2 and 3 qualified in all aspects of hairdressing, and has previously worked and is fully trained with Aveda products for over 3 years. She also does wedding and special occasion hair. She is a strong believer that hairdressing is an art form and enjoys making people look and feel beautiful.
	Becky Howell Junior Stylist Is our junior stylist she has just completed her NVQ level 2 and is now working towards her level 3. Becky is building up her clientele and gaining more experience? Becky enjoys the colour aspect of hairdressing, and recently had training with the Kobelo smoothing treatment.
	Katie Harper Apprentice Stylist Katie is currently in her second year at the Hair Academy and is currently undertaking in house training in cutting. Katie is currently seeking models for Tuesdays.
