Chakra's are seven wheels of energy that lay in the inner core of the body, when the energy is not flowing freely it can cause stress and other ailments. Aveda's Chakra^TM Balancing Massage incorporates deep tissue massage techniques, foot reflexology, hand and scalp massage and energy work which has an effect on getting the chakra's back in balance giving you a sense of well being.

This is a massage using hot stones to ease muscle tension and for pure relaxation. The heat and energy from the stones aid a more deeper massage, one stroke is equivalent to four strokes of a Swedish massage.
